My business partner, Larry Stone, found this delicious Smoked Salmon, lightly brined & smoked with applewood. We serve it on a bed of Mixed Baby Greens with a Roasted Garlic Herb Cream Cheese and Crostinis for $13.99.
Great to share as an appetizer, or for a light bite on our Waterfront Patio by one of the firepits, with the flames dancing.
